- 01Get in touch Tell us what you want to make, roughly how many units, and when you need it. An early-stage idea is fine.
- 02Discovery We align on purpose, audience, price point and sales channel, and set out what is realistic.
- 03Proposal You receive a concept, a formulation direction and packaging options.
- 04Sampling We send physical samples so you can judge how the product actually feels, then adjust.
- 05Specification Packaging and label content are checked, and the production spec is confirmed.
- 06Production We manufacture in Japan and deliver to the address you specify.

Can we talk while the idea is still rough?
Yes. "We want a product that solves this problem" is enough to start. We can help work out the market and the audience from there.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, the container and the formulation. Once we know what you have in mind, we give you real quantities and an estimated cost.
Can we commission from outside Japan?
Yes. We work in English and Chinese. We can also talk through channels and how to approach your local market.
